Federal Security Service gives messengers 10 days to hand in keys

MOSCOW, Mar 29 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Federal Security Service has ordered organizers of information distribution, such as messenger Telegram, to submit keys to decode users’ messages as soon as possible, but within no more than 10 days, according to the service’s document released on Thursday.

The service amended its earlier order on submission of decoding keys by limiting the shortest possible period by 10 days upon receipt.
